Имхо, из защиты кроме перечисленного жирным шрифтом ничего не надо. Да и то, я по-моему, не видел еще чтобы все вместе было. Разве что ты фрирайд собрался кататся... Но тогда бы ты сам знал.

А, во, очень бы порекомендовал защиту на запястья. Потому что на руки часто падать приходится. В общем, если вперед падаешь, то падаешь на руки и коленки, а если назад, то на локти и, иногда, голову : )
